We have scheduled four Swap meets at Sandown
Racecourse, and we are embarking on a new
venture where we will be conducting a swap meet
at a new venue in Central Victoria at the Nagambie
Regatta Centre.

We will be promoting a “cruise” to this event, and
we will be advertising the event widely in the
surrounding areas. Nagambie is an easy drive from
Melbourne with freeway conditions all the way. It
is easily reached from the eastern suburbs of
Melbourne in one hour twenty minutes, and is even
more convenient for the northern and western
suburbs. The site is well signposted and is close to
the centre of  Nagambie. There is plenty of
accommodation very close to the venue. We will
have more details for you shortly.

As usual we will be conducting Shannons Classic
Australian Car Show at Flemington racecourse in
late July. This show offers opportunities for
vendors who stock parts and automobilia that suit
Aussie vehicles. This event is becoming more
popular all the time.

We are often asked why our dates sometimes clash
with other events. The truth is we have little choice
on dates available at Sandown our venue of choice.
We are given a small range of available dates
annually to chose from and we have to make the
most of what we are given. And the window of
opportunity seems to be getting smaller as time
goes on.
